“First, let me say…we have gone on the Tallahassee Parade of Homes for numerous years. In May 2013, we visited the Adams Quality Homes house at 2018 Kimmer Rowe Drive. We knew then that we had finally found our builder! If I had to sum up the reasons why, I could do it in five words: Quality and Attention to Detail!

In August, we called Joe for a preliminary meeting to discuss our needs, desires, affordability, and feasibility. Soon after we agreed to proceed and the process began.

We were somewhat concerned with the process because it had been over 20 years since we built a house, and our previous experience had not been the best. Joe was very specific and detailed. He outlined all the expectations and specifications which really helped to put us at ease.

Joe was available for us every step of the way. It is said that you can judge a person by the company they keep…well Joe has surrounded himself with some GREAT people. All the subcontractors we dealt with were Fantastic!! They took time with us and explained everything we needed to know to make the right decisions.

Mariana Doseanu with Keller Williams was Joe’s Real Estate Agent. She methodically reviewed all the legal paperwork with us and made the transaction seamless. She did such a great job; we asked her to list and sell our existing home. She did such a fantastic job of marketing our property, it sold in less than 4 weeks.

We moved in June 15th and feel Extremely Blessed! We Absolutely Love our New, Fantastic, Quality Home!! If you are looking for the Best, you just found him…so take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy the process.
